The check-in process was fantastic! the staff were very cute and efficiently handled my arrival. i especially appreciated the extra touches in the room. It was very clean and added to the comfort of my stay. i found it really easy to access the bag drop-off point from the hotel too.

The location is amazing. A covered walkway provides easy access to the North Terminal in just minutes. My room was quiet and peaceful. The bed provided great comfort for a restful night before my flight.

when i arrived, there was a large queue at reception. there seemed to be only two staff members working. my allocated room overlooked the road and was connected to another room. i had requested a room away from the road and not connected to another room.

The Maple Parking team was very professional. The whole transaction took only minutes. I had to change my arrival time, and I got an immediate response confirming the change. The room included access to Club Millesime. It serves delicious canapés and drinks.

The hotel is close to gatwick's north terminal. Access to the terminal is quick. the room was very quiet. It minimized any airport noise. the room provided me with a comfortable space before my early flight, i liked the comfortable bed. i found the staff helpful during check-in.
there were long queues at reception when i arrived. it, more staff members would have been helpful.
