Sofitel London Gatwick, Horley

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Gatwick for an early flight, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and I enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Urban Café, but the value for room service was quite high. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially for travel convenience.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel with an impressive atmosphere and outstanding dining experience, especially thanks to the lovely meal we had in the restaurant. However, I faced quite a challenge with the parking service both during drop-off and pick-up, which left me disappointed. Overall, the hotel itself is amazing, but they could improve the parking scenario for a smoother experience.

Staying at the Sofitel Gatwick Hotel was a great experience overall. The staff were attentive and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable.
